Indeed, we know so little about the Powers. And while tidbits regarding the other Great Powers is scattered here and there and providing basic information, the UBSL…well, the sole clearly known fact is that it is a senile, decrepit giant and becoming more and more insular and inactive, and everything else is opaque.

Even then, it has to be articulated that I bear no doubt Alistair will elaborate them when they are becoming relevant, and story is still progressing…
