What you heard was correct at the time. It is no longer correct. The official Discord is no more. It has passed on. It is pushing up daisies. It is, in a phrase, deader than a Norwegian Blue. (The author cannot, nor wishes to, suppress unofficial fan Discordia, but they are neither endorsed nor participated in by the author.) ---

On that offer of archival copies of the server, is that still open? And namely, do those archival copies also include embedded media? I made a archive of my own, but unfortunately I did not manage to get a copy of the attachments; the backup is filled with live links which are now decidedly not alive. Poor planning strikes again - I thought i’d have a day longer to do it, and I waited too long. ---

Hi could you provide archives of the Discord server which you implied you have? If you @avatar don’t have that anymore could you @Buggy please provide your version of the backup instead, even if your backup is flawed I believe I have enough programming skill to write a script to organize it into something at least somewhat useful. The old discord server contained some useful lore information including answers to questions that I asked about strangelets and the Leviathan Consciousness that I would like to regain access to. Apologies for the late request, depression and associated avolition is a bitch to put it mildly and it wasn’t until recently that TMS put me in if not a good place mentally, a good enough to be functional place. On a related note why was the original discord server shut down in the first place? Apologies if the answer was already given elsewhere but if it was I couldn’t find it. ---

Hey, it’s been over two weeks since I’ve asked and nobody’s gotten back to me about the Discord archive. Could I please have a response? Even if the answer is that the archives no longer exist that’s better than the limbo of ambiguity I’ve been stuck in. Once more I invoke @avatar and @Buggy for answers regarding any remaining Discord archives. Apologies for taking up your attention but you’re my best bets for gaining access to a copy of the Discord archives and I don’t know who else to turn to. ---

Patience, grasshopper. At some point in the future you will receive a DM with a file link. I say “at some point” because this is a multi-gigabyte file and takes time to dig out of the offline archives, reassemble, and place somewhere accessible. ---

The major one is that real-time communication (and especially Discord) aggravates my depressive disorder and volition/attention issues manyfold, and for the good of my mental health, I have exterminated all things real-time and not beloved from my life.
