This is both a general question as to how they tend to operate (do they tend to go for face-to-face interactions when they can? If so, how do they generally initiate contact? Is it more like small-talky(?) at first (“Hello! I’m xxxxxx! Pleased to meet you, yyyyyy.”)? Or do they tend to be more direct/to the point (“Hello zzzzzz, you seem to be having a rough time. Is there anything I can do to help you with it?”)?
More specifically, what are some of the most common things that they would get called in for? Both in general, and for stuff that would be more Imperial-specific, that might not be prevalent (or even recognized as an issue) among humans?
