Well, spirit, rather than eikone: part of Esseldár’s (time and tradition) celestial ministry. Each year has a zeitgeist, the spirit of the year, who’s born with the year, ages and changes as it turns, and dies and is reborn on the Darkest Night. So you want the same spirit who will eventually be Grandfather Frost, but in her aspect as the Mother of Summer.
…it works less well when your seasons don’t always match the calendar year…
When I’m not about to leave on a roadtrip, I should share the six local seasons with you. I think you’d like them. 
And that the Imperials would appreciate them, despite working a bit differently to the traditional european ‘life and rebirth’ cycle.
