Star Devourer is, of course, space megafauna that eats stars, but learned ideas of trans-star-devourerism and cooperating with those annoying little flying things when someone slapped a FTL engine on it hoping that would increase periods between feedings OR kill Star Devourer through overfeeding on stars of their enemies’ civilization.
