Sigil Spam: Played entirely straight. The Imperials are a proud bunch, and they expect it of others; indeed, lack of Sigil Spam is considered rather suspicious, because if you aren’t proud enough to stand behind your product/service/philosophy, then why should they believe it’s any damn good, right?
