Neuroscience is solved in the Empire, i.e. if there is a problem there is a standard treatment. If you have a problem with ADHD or the like, then it’s a trip to a psychedesigner, which is a cross between a therapist and a software development consultant. I don’t remember where (foreshadowing) but there was a throwaway line in some post about psychedesigners being a common enough service even outside Imperial soil.
Speaking as someone with ADHD, this is honestly one of the easier examples given how much of it is neurological. The answer there probably involves some degree of nanites and gene therapy to fix your damn dopamine problem, and then work your way up from there. Things like PTSD might be a tougher challenge.
